We strive to only use brand new, genuine parts, but if those aren't available, we'll make sure to use the highest quality aftermarket parts from trusted suppliers. And in a pinch, and only with prior permission from you, we'll source the best quality genuine second-hand parts. However, please note that the warranty on parts may vary depending on whether they are new or used and the specific part itself.
